Level: Beginner

Discover the art of hand embroidery in this beginner friendly class, perfect for those who have never touched a needle and thread or those who need a refresher. In this 2 hour class, you will learn about materials, tools, terms and five basic stitches to complete your first piece. These stitches are the foundation needed to start this art form. Enjoy a friendly, relaxing, hands-on learning opportunity in an intimate setting to try a meditative craft that allows you to slow down and create. You will leave with a started piece and everything you need to finish it and welcome fall weather.  

These are all different stitches from our floral class previously offered so a great second class for those that want to add more stitches to their skillset! 

Included: an embroidery hoop, fabric, needle, threads, the project pattern and a list of recommended resources

• How to thread a needle

• How to read and start a pattern

• Overview of materials: hoops, fabric, thread, needles, etc

• Five different stitches that include both lines and loops

Ready to learn how to knit? This beginner-friendly series will teach you the foundational skills you need to get started—and give you the confidence to keep going on your own.

All materials are included.

In this three-part class, you’ll learn how to cast on, make knit and purl stitches, read your knitting, and bind off. Along the way, we’ll cover the basics of yarn, needles, and fixing common mistakes.

No knitting experience necessary! 

All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a finished project and the skills to start your next one.
